    Steriflow produce a range of Balanced Port, Thermostatic Steam Traps, specifically designed for use in validated clean steam systems. Their hygienic design follows ASME BPE guidelines, including an internal surface finish of < 0.5µm Ra, self-draining design & all relevant materials, marking and documentation guidelines. Steriflow’s standard trap, the Mk93 has been designed to provide higher flow rates at low differential pressures and low sub-cooling levels. In lab testing the Mk93 consistently exhibited excellent flow rates at sub-cooling levels of less than 1.7°C. Note: Low sub-cooling operation ensures that condensate won’t back up and wet (cool) the upstream validated temperature sensor.
